At Maxx Cold, we stand behind the quality of our refrigeration and food service equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.
Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any products back to our warehouse.
- 2.Prepare the Equipment
Ensure the unit is cleaned, placed in its original commercial packaging, and securely bolted to its shipping pallet to prevent transit damage.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the RMA documentation to the exterior of the crate and ship the item via a trackable freight carrier of your choice.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
